“Pantalla Negra de la Muerte” en Windows 7 - Internet Agencia
Desde el pasado martes, algunos usuarios de Windows 7 comenzaron a notar problemas con el sistema operativo, ya que les impedía un normal arranque del ordenador, desapareciendo de la pantalla los iconos del escritorio y quedando únicamente un fondo negro.
Este problema, denominado 'Pantalla Negra de la Muerte' por los propios usuarios, fue atribuido en un principio por Microsoft a un fallo de las actualizaciones, si bien ha tenido que rectificar y ha reconocido que se trata de un virus.
"Hemos realizado una revisión completa de las actualizaciones de seguridad de noviembre y la investigación ha demostrado que ninguno de estos cambios están relacionados con la 'pantalla negra'", señaló la compañía, que aludió a un código 'malware' como el posible principal responsable de este 'apagón', que también afecta a Windows Vista y XP.
Microsoft ah anunciado que en diciembre publicará seis parches de seguridad más para corregir vulnerabilidades tanto en Windows, Internet Explorer y los productos de la suite de Office. De estos boletines a publicar, según el post del blog de seguridad de Microsoft, tres de ellos son críticos y los demás están calificados de máxima importancia.
Desde este blog, la compañía quiere transmitir a los usuarios su preocupación por solucionar vulnerabilidades en IE que el martes fueron expuestas en su boletín de seguridad (y cuyo código ya se ha hecho público y constituye una prueba de la vulnerabilidad). Esta será una de las que tendrán prioridad junto con el parche que corregirá el error crítico en Windows 7, y en otros programas como son XP, Vista. Project 2000 (2002 y 2003 también) también se han visto afectados por estas vulnerabilidades.
El boletín se espera que sea publicado por Microsoft en próximo martes 8 de diciembre. En él parece que además de los parches mencionados habrá nuevas actualizaciones para herramientas como Windows Update o Windows Server, entre otras.
La semana pasada Microsoft desmentía que anteriores actualizaciones hubieran provocado fallos en el sistema de algunos ordenadores con Windows 7, la famosa "pantalla negra de la muerte". Al parecer este problema ha sido provocado por un virus y no por las actualizaciones de la compañía. Han sido los ingenieros de Prevx, la compañía que hizo saltar la alarma, quienes han reconocido que el fallo está provocado por un código malicioso.
